How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment's progress.
Do you offer a trial period for mattresses?
Yes, we offer a 100-night sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress after a minimum of 30 nights, you can return it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer flexible financing options through Klarna and PayPal.
How do I clean my OTTY products?
Most of our mattress covers are removable and machine washable at 40°C. For pillows and other accessories, we recommend spot cleaning with a mild detergent and warm water.
What is the warranty on your mattresses?
All OTTY mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal domestic use.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed for dispatch. Please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.
